While we were plotting our next steps a flyer for Time Realty Services/Della Booth arrived in the mail. That’s when our nightmare began to turn around. Della immediately shared reputable contractors who she trusted to make the necessary repairs. She walked us thru what to do and equally important what NOT to do to prepare the property for sale.
