September 2014 Infographic
I have never created a Infographic before so I chose the Charlotte County real estate statistics from September 2014. The market is moving faster than most realize and I wanted to share the activity with you. You can see in the upper left that 59 % of all residential sales in September were cash transactions. On the upper right the chart shows the amount of single family (detached dwellings) and Condo (attached dwellings) sold.
In the middle you can check out the difference in inventory September 2013 and 2014. The lower section covers the days on market. The market is moving quickly and I think it’s important to keep you informed!
